3. Hydraulic oil temperature too high

4. Mixing hydraulic oil of different grades

The poor fluidity of high viscosity hydraulic oil will produce high pressure in the local part of the hydraulic system, which is easy to cause pipeline leakage.
5. Bad operating habits
If the manipulator operates rough during the operation, the huge impact load will produce instantaneous impact pressure in the hydraulic system. The impact pressure will lead to premature failure of the joint of high-pressure oil pipe joint and rubber pipe, oil leakage or pipe explosion, and greatly shorten the service life of the hydraulic pipe. In addition, rough operation will also affect the durability of other components, so that frequent mechanical failures. Therefore, at ordinary times, the operation of the excavator must be gentle, not high-intensity, high-risk action.
6. Hydraulic pipe corroded
Although most of the current hydraulic pipes have certain corrosion resistance, after all, rubber products will make colloid fluffy and deteriorate after long-term contact with diesel oil. It has certain adverse effects. Try not to let the rubber tube contact with gasoline and diesel. Generally, the rubber will swell and become fluffy in the long-term immersion of gasoline and diesel. Therefore, in normal use, it is necessary to avoid diesel oil and other corrosive liquid contacting the rubber tube, and to clean the outer surface of the hydraulic tube frequently.
7. Abnormal vibration of hydraulic pipe
I posted that there are oil pulsations in gear pump and plunger pump when they work. This pulsation will cause high-frequency vibration of hydraulic pipe, which cannot be completely eliminated. The long-term abnormal vibration will lead to the fatigue wear of the hydraulic pipe. Therefore, the pipe clamp and the protective sleeve of the hydraulic pipe should be checked frequently.
