2、 The application range of excavator's extension arm
The extension arm of excavator has two-stage extension arm and three-stage extension arm. The two-stage extension arm is mainly used for earth rock foundation and deep cutting excavation, river dredging; the three-stage extension arm of excavator is mainly used for demolition of high-rise buildings and other projects. According to the principle of leverage and force theory, the force of the extension arm excavator is less than the original, so it should not be used in heavy work as much as possible Work.
Travel Deviation fault:
When the travel deviation of the excavator's extension arm occurs, first check the combined valve of the excavator, dismantle the two oil pipes on the pressure limiting valve, plug the oil outlet with a plug, start the engine, pull the travel control handle of the combined valve with a plug, and then check that the oil pressure is normal; then dismantle the two oil pipes on the other side of the travel combined valve, start the engine again, and observe Check whether there is oil flow out of the two oil holes of the pressure limiting valve. If there is no such phenomenon, eliminate the fault of the combination valve. At this time, we should check the swivel.
Since there are many oil channels at the rotary joint, the oil channels are easy to cross, so we can first remove two oil pipes of the excavator's long arm travel motor, and then remove one of the motor oil pipes. After this operation, start the engine again, pull the reversing valve that blocks the oil pipe motor, and observe whether the oil pressure is too low and whether there is oil flow out of the oil hole of the hydraulic motor. If there is any oil in the oil pipe motor, remove the oil pipe It is regarded as the sealing problem of the oil passage of the rotary joint, and the fault can be removed only after it is replaced.
