  (2)假如组合阀的工作正常,可按次第检查中央回转接头。中央回转接头处油道很多,互相之间容易串通。检查的办法是:拆卸两个行走马达的A、B 油管,然后堵死其中一个液压马达的A、B油管;启动发起机,拉动堵死油管的液压马达的换向阀,检查油液压力能否正常(要确认两只补油阀工作性能是完好的);再察看没有堵死的液压马达的A、B油孔能否出油。假如油液压力不正常,没有堵死的A、B油孔又出油,即以为中央回转接头的油道密封不好,油道已相互串通,需求修理或改换中央回转接头的密封件。中央回转接头的第二、四油槽是联通左行走马达的A、B油孔的,而第三、五油槽是联通右行走马达的A、B油孔,假如是第二、三油槽串通或第四、五油槽串通,则挖掘机行走不平常。

The second and fourth oil grooves of the central rotary joint are the A and B oil holes of the left-walking motor, while the third and fifth oil grooves are the A and B oil holes of the right-walking motor. If the second and third oil grooves are in series or the fourth and fifth oil grooves are in series, the excavator will not walk normally.
  3)液压缸匍匐。液压缸活塞杆伸出时产生匍匐的主要缘由是,液压缸内的密封件和缸壁的配合不好,从静摩擦时阻力变化较大形成的。这种现象通常在液压缸新组装时容易呈现,经过一段时间的运用,匍匐现象会自然减轻以致消逝。假如运用一段时间后液压缸匍匐现象依然存在,则应检查各密封件能否完好和装配正确。

  4)组合阀进油短管决裂。除了组合阀的工作压力超越规则值外,最主要的缘由是由于限速阀的阀芯在阀体内活动不灵敏,有卡滞现象,形成由梭阀过来的工作油液不能正常推开限速阀,使回油不畅,致使回油阻力增加,惹起瞬时压力升高而油管决裂。只需抛光或研磨限速阀,使其阀芯活动灵敏,该毛病即可扫除。
