If we hear the sound of the hydraulic pump, we should first:
1. Testing whether the pressure of hydraulic pump is normal;
2. Confirm whether there is serious flutter in the two output tubing of the hydraulic pump.
3. Verify whether there is metal powder in the hydraulic return filter element inside the tank.
If the above three points are confirmed to be normal, then the sound produced by the hydraulic pump is normal. The reason for the noise is that:
A. The displacement of hydraulic pump of excavator is larger than that of other types.
B. The side door of the hydraulic pump device room is not sealed and has a heat sink. Compared with the closed type, it has certain noise.
In point 2, tubing flutter should be noted:
1. Is tubing flutter caused by pressure fluctuation and instability?
2. The pilot filter element is blocked and should be cleaned frequently to prevent blocking.
3. Check whether the switch of safety solenoid valve is abnormal.
If it is determined that the sound of hydraulic pump is abnormal, the following aspects should be considered:
1. Whether to use authentic hydraulic oil and hydraulic return filter element;
2. Hydraulic oil pollution is serious. Excavators need regular maintenance, especially when breaking operations. It is necessary to pay attention to the pollution of hydraulic oil. It is suggested that the hydraulic oil should be replaced once in 5000 hours and 600 hours after breaking. Because of oil pollution, it is difficult to achieve the proper lubrication and maintenance effect.
3. The obstruction of oil passage may be due to lack of hydraulic oil or blockage of oil-absorbing filter element, which may cause damage to the pump after inhaling air.
4. The accuracy of hydraulic pump device is not enough.
5. The regulator and solenoid valve parts are not working properly, and can't adjust the view of the hydraulic pump's swashplate to the view of demand, which causes the output flow of the hydraulic pump can't match the flow of demand, thus forming the abnormal sound of the pump.
6. Because of non-standard operation or overload operation, the hydraulic system is impacted too much, and the pressure relief valve produces pressure relief sound.
7. When the heat engine is short of time, the operation will be carried out. The lack of heat engine will result in higher viscosity of hydraulic oil, which will affect the operation.
Its fluidity, the formation of excessive impact on the pump.
