If the flow and working pressure of the carrier are greater than the demand of the hydraulic hammer, the overflow valve needs to bear the heavy shunting and unloading operation. When the crushing hammer works under the ultra-high pressure, the pipeline will burst, the hydraulic oil part will overheat, and the reversing valve will be seriously worn, which will seriously affect the service life of the hydraulic components.
3. Select breakdown force during operation
Appropriate breakdown force shall be used for crushing operation. If the breakdown force is not enough, then the hammer energy of the piston will not be able to effectively break the stone. In this way, the reaction force of the hammer force will be transmitted to the crushing hammer body and the bearing machine of the crushing hammer, and then these parts will be damaged. If the breakdown force is too large, the machine may tilt suddenly at the moment of the broken stone, and the broken hammer will hit the stone violently, which will also cause damage to the broken hammer.
4. Smooth before / during operation
The crushing hammer shall be smooth before operation and within 2-3 hours of continuous operation. When filling the butter, the hammer should be placed straight, and the rod should be compacted, not suspended, so as to prevent the butter from entering the hydraulic system. It should be noted that too much grease should not be injected, too much will stick to the piston, and the grease will easily enter into the hydraulic system during operation.
